Pig Dinner

Join us as we celebrate barbarism and gastronomic perversions at our playground, The Cookery. Whole animal feasts are a primal experience as old as humanity and nothing makes us happier than to share one with you. Pig Dinner reservations must be made at least 4 – 5 days in advance and can accommodate between 6 – 10 guests.

How It Works

Swine Dinner – $85 Per Person

We start your party off with a market appetizer, then deliver the whole roasted glistening pig accompanied by three seasonal sides served family style. The Chef comes to the table to carve and serve the pig tableside. You’ll finish off the feast with the Chef’s choice of dessert.

Hogs & Hops – $95 Per Person

In addition to the above feast, guests will enjoy their choice of a 12oz pour from our draft beer selection with each of the 3 courses offered.

Swine & Wine – $105 Per Person

Guests will enjoy a custom wine pairing with each of the 3 courses served.

For The Love Of Pasta – $105 Per Person

Enjoy a house made pasta course with any of the above options for an additional $10 per person.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Pig Dinner reservations may only be taken over the phone, and a credit card is required to finalize the booking (you will not be charged unless you cancel within 5 days of the event, per our cancellation policy). You may cancel your dinner with at least 5 days notice without a cancellation charge. Should you cancel within 5 days of the event, a cancellation fee of 25% of the minimum will be charged to your credit card. We require a minimum of 6 guests. If you arrive with fewer than six people, you will still be charged for six guests.
