The Cookery opened in 2009 as an Italian gastropub for folks tired of the same old predictable Italian restaurant. The idea was simple: use soulful Italian cooking principles and apply them to all that inspires us. Use only on the best ingredients, treat everyone like family and create an atmosphere that’s conducive to fun.

So far it’s worked out pretty well.
